  1. Somehow I missed Porcupine Tree for decades, but discovered the song Fear of a Blank Planet when it played during the second set of closing credits of the video game Control by Remedy. The angst of the song perfectly captures the players mood as the 2nd (and false) credits roll. Since then, I’ve listened to some of their other albums and as a musician have been watching videos with Steve Wilson. Incredible musician and incredible band line up.

    1. Porcupine Tree flew under the radar for a lot of us I think, then once you hear them, you’re hooked! Today is the release day of Lightbulb Sun, another of my favourites. I also loved Steven Wilsons recent podcast series about albums.
